ESG Analyst Program
2024-2025 ESG Analyst Cohort
The Program

The ESG Analyst Program is a year-long educational program that provides students with the opportunity to learn about finance with a sustainable lens. Analysts in the program will gain a high-level overview of financial evaluations, but primarily focus on gaining a well-rounded understanding of the evaluative frameworks that currently exist in the ESG space. By the end of the fall semester, students in the ESG Analyst Program will be able to articulate the differences between various ESG evaluative methodologies and have the capacity to highlight the areas of growth within those frameworks. During the spring semester, analysts will split into teams of 3-4 to create their own ESG frameworks for an industry of their choice. They will then evaluate a company within that industry using the framework created. The final evaluation and framework model will be presented to the CUIIN Advisory Board at the end of the year.
Fall Semester

-
A cohort of undergraduate students will be selected to participate in weekly education as a part of the ESG Analyst Program.

-
Students will also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals from CUIIN’s Advisory Board through club events and mentorship sessions during this semester of the analyst program.
Spring Semester

-
Students will be placed in groups of 3-4 to create their own industry-specific framework, evaluating several companies in that industry according to their method.
